Our M. Tech. and M. S. students are going abroad for their project
work and it is the first overseas travel for many of them. So it
would be nice if we give them certain guidelines before their travel.
Many of you have travelled a lot and have many good and bad
experiences. Do you mind in sharing any of these with the students,
please? We really expect that it will be fruitful not only for
the students but also for many of the newcomers in our group.

studies/ research and join us this Monday at 1.30 pm. It will be an
informal meeting; no welcome, no traditional lamp, no flowers, no vote of thanks... Please recall your previous travels and see whether you can
give them any suggestions/advices regarding any
of the following.
